Brenda's Story
Hello fellow 1975 classmates, I grew on Horseshoe Road in Clinton, MD and walked to all three Surrattsville schools (elementary, Jr., & Sr. high). Some of you may remember that I had lost my mother to lung cancer when I was only 15 years old. Fortunately, I had many wonderful friends I grew up with, and a few classmates who supported me through that tough time in my life. - 29 years and was offered, and qualified for an early retirement without penalty. I've been have enjoying life's journey and simple pleasures with family and friends along the way. Life is about the choices we make every day and being a blessing to other people less fortunate than ourselves. You've got to take the good with the bad, smile with the sad, love what you've got, and remember what you had. Always forgive, but never forget. Learn from mistakes, but never regret.
