Gatekeeper
Watching over as Angels sleep
Steady guard of castle keep
Walking walls of weathered stone
Providing safety for those entombed
As they dream in peaceful slumber
Beyond the gate the enemy number
Setting camp along stone walls
Still silent steps fill silent halls
Watchful eyes of those who wait
For dawn to break upon the gate

The castle wakes to sudden fright

More about Brenda:"I am an outgoing personality and I love the outdoors, movies and music, and being around people. I'm married with a dughter and son that I am very proud of. I love my family and value that above all else. I've been a grandmother for a number of years and they've been some of the best years of my life.
I recently quit working in home health care and look forward to moving to a new state with my husband to start a new kind of life and find a new line of work.
I use Facebook primarily for entertainment, but also to stay in touch with family and friends who don't live near.
What I hope for is my marriage being renewed, I am still so in love with my husband of 28+ years!
