Brenda's Story
Got married a year after graduation to Bill Marsh (who graduated from Roosevelt in 1969 and went into the Marines at the same time I started 8th grade). we have two daughters, Alison (married to Luke) and Melissa (married to Ryan). We have two grandsons, Jeremy and Jacob (Alison is their mom). Alison is a stay at home mom and Melissa is still in graduate school at UGA studying animal medicine.
Bill and I are looking forward to retirement in about 4 years. I've been working at The Coca-Cola Company in Atlanta since 1981. I started out as a receptionist for their wine division (which has since sold) and now I manage their Global Telecommunications...Expand for more
Expense Management program. I have nothing to thank for this except dumb luck and being in the right place at the right times to move up to the level I'm at.
I often think back to high school and as most of us do, I wish I could have known then what I know now. I would have done many things differently. Studied more and looked farther into the future. My best memories are of my senior year and the friends I still keep in touch with today. You know who you are.
