Brenda's Story
After high school I moved to Colorado Springs, CO. I got married, went to the UCCS for three years, and had three children. We moved back to my hometown in NM in 1994, my husband opened up his own business and I was a homemaker and wife.
I began volunteering a lot and it led to a job with Girl Scouts. I stayed with them for ten years (both as a volunteer and professional). Then I went to work for the Boys and Girls Club. Now, I am hanging out at home looking for a new job.

t...I divorced him and have since remarried. My new husband is very unusual as he has a TBI since he was seven years old and honestly, his mind works like no one else's!
My children are growing up fast. My oldest graduated and my two daughters are in high school. One lives with me and one with my ex. Our families get together regularly for extended family time.
Today, I am told I am more like I was when I was younger, that I am interesting and always fun. I am enjoying my age better now than any other and I really like the person I am. Hope your all doing as well.
