Life
I am divorced, living in beautiful Woodstock, Illinois. Both adult children are grown and successfully on their own and living or working nearby. Most of family - 4 sisters and a brother, remain in Ohio so I do get back a couple times a year. Feel free to contact me - I enjoy sending e-mail. I moved to Woodstock, Illinois after living in Des Plaines, Illinois for 30 years. Moving from a 4 bedroom house to a 2 bedroom condo is a huge adjustment, more than even I guessed. I may never recover!
I always wanted to be a teacher when I grew up. My family and friends thought that was a good idea. As it turns out, they were correct.

My current age is 69. When I was 12, I thought that people my age now would be finished. I was so completely wrong.

My best friend would tell you I'm loyal, but people who don't know me very well would probably describe me as quiet.
I share my home with no one and nobody, which I find is extremely quiet.
In 10 years, I hope to be alive. I'm going to get there by the grace of God..
My first job was at Akron General Hospital, where I got paid 2.45 to prepare kitchen for food distribution to patients.. What I remember most about it is team work.
