Brenda's Story

Married and moved to Atlanta after high school. Divorced and have lived and worked in Georgia, North Carolina, and Florida. Went to College in my late 40's. Became disabled and was awarded Social Security in 2007. Live with my disabled son (my only child) in Folkston, Georgia. e day-to-day. I've learned Unconditional love from being a parent! If I won $100 million, I'd give 10% of it to charities, then spend the rest on my son, travel and camping. My best friend would tell you I'm kind and funny, but people who don't know me very well would probably describe me as sarcastic. I share my home with my son, which I find healing, comforting and messy.

Three who allowed me to rescue me and then went so far as to allow me to share my space with them. LOL
Litter mates (believe it or not!) who not only allowed me to rescue them, but continue to allow me to share space with them. LOL
2 of the 5 who give us so much love, comfort and joy! Believe it or not, these 2 are litter mates!
