More about Brent:"Ive been in the restaurant food service industry since I was a child. My Grandfather had a little pizzaria called Vitorios. Every chance I got I would help him in the kitchen! I have also had the pleasure of working under the world famous Piero Broglia in the kitchen. Worked in Gourmet dining rooms specialty rooms tableside the works! I also worked in the showroom at the Stardust for 14 years".
