Brett's Story
Born in Adams ND March 1966 at home due to a really bad blizzard known by locals as the "3 Day Storm." Lived in Washington, Nebraska, then raised in Grand Junction, Co since 1973. Schools: Scenic, St. Josephs, Broadway, Scenic again, Broadway again, Holy Family, then Graduated GJHS in 1984. BBA, School of Business, Mesa College 1988. dale, Wa, Lynnwood, Wa, then we moved to Whidbey Island, in Washington Nov 1990.Wendy was 6 mos pregnant with our second daughter at the time. I went to work in my Fathers little tool rental store/ lawnmower shop. Was mower mechanic for a few years. Became store manager over time. Bought the business in 2006. Lost Dad in 2008. Opened our 2nd store in 2009. Celebrating our 25th Wedding Anniversary in 2 days!. June 29, 2010.
