Brian Coyne:  

Retirement BIO - Defense Supply Center Philadelphia Mr. Coyne€™s initial assignment at DSCP was a Management Analyst, in the Office of Policy and Plans where he worked in the Commercial Activities Branch developing Performance Work Statements under the A-76 Program. In 1988 Mr. Coyne accepted a Program Analysts position in the newly formed Quality Assurance Directorate where he worked various projects involving the Product Quality Acceptance Function in DSCP’s clothing factory. In 1993, Mr. Coyne moved to the Electronic Commerce Office where he led a team of Analyst’s executing the conversion of DSCP vendors to Electronic Data Interchange (EDI). In February 1996 Mr. Coyne was promoted to GS-13, Supervisory Program Analyst and assigned as the Chief, Information Center, Directorate of Operations.
