Brian's Story

Life I've worked for the Department of Veterans Affairs for over 35 years, moved to New Orleans in 1999 but left in Nov. 2000 for Battle Creek, MI. I returned to Marion in 2001 as a Human Resources Specialist for the VA! Man is it good to be home! Still in contact with Mike Parker and Max Barker. ed in February 2009 to the position of Chief of Human Resources... became retirement eligible November 2009, but plan to work until I am 60. Married, (Bonnie) have one daughter (Mindy 30) and a stepson (Jimmy 29) and one granddaughter (Shayla 5) and one grandson (Keaton 1) from my daughter. One stupid cat.. oh wait, that was redundant! Bonnie and I love to travel (Mexico nearly every year) and we both ride our motorcycles when we can, but no real long trips as yet.
