65-69 US Army-Supply Sgt & played Basa ball for US Army in California & Germany. Some college in California, Germany, Northeastern ( Boston )
69-73 Lumber & Building Material sales. Attended Northeastern, Boston at night.
74-78 Self Employed-remodeling, commercial & residential construction. sold company late 78
79-82 Manager-millwork & garage doors
83-89 Self Employed started millwork company "Eastern Door & Window Co" Douglas Ma
late 89-sold millwork co. & retired til 1992
94-2007 Project Manager &residential home builder
June 2007 semi retired-design & draw plans for remodelers, homeowners, local builders, help with oldest sons new house in Charlotte NC & remodeling our vacation home in Florida.

Feb 2010 Bought a retirement home in Myrtle Beach,South Carolina.Moving some time in May 2010. Time to get the the golf game back into the 80's i hope.Yes, for 18 holes weisen heimers.
May 18th Moved to Myrtle Beach. Low Low Low Taxes, Gasoline & Automobile sales tax.

pay only $500 sales tax. Yep that's not a typo, Fuel as of 9/18/15. $1.75 a ga ga ga gallon, Property tax 2010 - $1050, 2011 - $1000, 2012- $950, 2013 - $850 What the heck?
Oh, did i mention golf? Sit down & grab a cryin towel. At the 5 Legend courses ( look up online) we pay $29-$35 per round with full breakfast boo-fey, anything on the lunch menu ( steak sandwich, pizza) & any two beers on menu (Sams Adams,Bass, ying ling) with golf, cart with ice cooler, towels etc. Git my point!!! 2020 EmergencyPandemic, food no longer available., golf rates drop- with cart $15 AM, $10 after 1:00

Life has been good for our family, other than the dam ailments that come with ageing. Did they mention any of this in school? When they said to save for retirement, they meant so you could pay for co-pays, scripts, drugs. They Flamboozald us.

Live long & don’t piss away your money. You will need it. Be nice to your children, keep them or make them think they are #1 in your will. They might come and visit or even text you on your birthday. Go buy a New house with Cash on the ocean, brand new expensive car with 0% interest.
