Brian's Story

I join the Army in 1987-1991 as an Airplane Mechanic. Married Rhonda Philipp in 1991, also graduated Higgins in 1985, and are still married today. We have 2 kids Joshua (20) and Victoria (17). I began my career as a Federal Correctional Officer with the Federal Bureau of Prisons in March 1997 working in Oakdale, LA, (4 ...Expand for more
hrs north of New Orleans), where I moved up the ranks, Correctional Officer, Senior Officer, and Senior Officer Specailist. In Jan 2005 I was promoted and transferred to Victorville, CA as an Second Lieutenant. In October 2006 to present, I was again promoted and transferred to Tallahassee, FL to an 1st Lieutenant.
