Brian's Story
After Murphy I went to Lane Tech and then onto Illinois State University for a degree in Geology. During the summers I traveled throughout the US, and did outdoor adventures, such as skydiving, high altitude hiking, skiing, remote camping, white water rafting, and sailing. I lived in Portland and Encino for a short time. I hiked up to the rim of Mt. St. Helens. I have almost lost my life several times: during adventures and once in a tornado (God has been very kind). tinued the adventures with spelunking, autocross, and a private pilots license. I married Charlotte late, at age 29, to whom I am still madly in love with. I started a real estate company at age 29 which I now operate part time. Starting 4 years ago my wife went thru 3 back surgeries. The 4th and last one, was due to a very bad staff infection, which almost killed her in 2004. Starting 3 years ago, my wife succumbed to 3 rare medical conditions, which she is still fighting. I¿m currently employed as a hydrologist in the discipline of phosphate mining.
