In the early 70's my dad went to work for Exxon (Esso) and we moved quite a bit...Tacoma, Puyallup, Los Angles, San Francisco and finally Houston. We've lived here for 35 years now.
I went to Bammel Middle, Spring High School and graduated from Sam Houston State Univ.
Joined the Ponderosa VFD in 1981 and found that I liked being a fireman. Went to Texas A&M Fire School and after graduating from SHSU went to work for Conroe Fire Department and after a while went south to work for the Houston Fire Dept.".
