Brian's Story
I was anxious to leave home when I graduated but over the years have come to realize I would like to go back, however, as the saying goes "you can never go home." I joined the military in Sept 83 and did that for several years. After the military I earned two degrees, Justice and Criminology and worked as a private contractor for various gov't agencies...FBI, US Marshals, Federal Protective Service and I am also an "honorary Texas Ranger." ther who I went fishing with and built a house for Habitat for Humanity. I've visited 25 foreign countries; climbed the highest peak in North America, witnessed the fall of the Berlin Wall and the end of the Cold War and have fulfilled two childhood dreams, to live on the "last frontier" in Alaska and pan for gold and to visit the Opera House in Sydney. Life has been awesome but the best so far has been to retire in paradise in the Philippines, have a closer relationship with God and finally find peace of mind.
