Brian's Story
Hello everyone! I hope everyone is doing great and enjoying life as much as possible.
After I left Calaveras I went to school at Delta for a year until I moved to Walnut Creek for a job at Dow Elanco. I thought I would go to the "Big City" and see what that might bring. I ended up hurting my back pretty good and moved back to Valley Springs for a few months and ended up meeting up with an old friend. After a short while Kimberly Castor (Merrill now) and I moved to Eureka and I went back to school. We have been together ever since. You just don't know what you were missing until you find it!
Anyway, we waited... and waited to start a family but in September of 2007 our Mazie was born. In the mean time we lived in Santa Cruz where I worked in leisure travel as a sales manager and then as a Realtor until we moved here in 2005. be located close to where both our parents live. Unfortunately my father died that December so he didn't get a chance to see our little girl. I like to think he still can see her though, especially now that we are expecting our second child in July. WOW! I can't believe it.. We are extremely happy and we are looking foreword to our newest adventure raising our family. We have spent our lives pretty much doing what ever we want. Moving to Eureka, then to Santa Cruz where we had endless fun at the beach where I was able to travel the world meeting so many interesting people and was able to see so many amazing places. I am truely lucky and I thank God every day for making some good choices after I left Calaveras. I am not wealthy but I am rich none the less. It has been nice catching up with several of my old friends since we moved back here. It would be nice to see more.
