Brianna's Story
My story is pretty standard....to a certain extent. Graduated HS, went to College at Slippery Rock U, and moved to Vermont after College to work in the ski industry, Spent a winter at Smugglers' Notch and then moved to southern Vt and began working at Mount Snow Ski Resort. I got married and had a son etc etc etc. This is where it gets a little 'atypical'. Most of you probably remember me as "Bruce H" Harris wrestler, ice hockey and football player, party animal and generally a pretty nice guy. since I was 6 and in first grade...primarily the feeling that I had somehow been born as a boy when inside I felt like a girl. Well, long story short, 8 years ago I began my transition from male to female, my wife of 17 years divorced me, 5 years ago I had Gender Reassignment Surgery and today I am the woman (Brianna Hope AKA Bri) I should have always been. Life is good, living on 12 beautiful hillside acres in Vt, working at Mount Snow ( for 25 years now) and I'm happy spending time with my, now, 14 year old son, my family, friends, girlfriend and her 2 kids. I joined classmates to see who else from the class of '79 might be around and see what has been happening in your lives.
