To all that are interested, Well, my all time favorite teacher was my Psychology teacher, Mr. Reed. Many years later I bought the car that he used to drive when he was my teacher. An orange Datson B-210. When I was finished with high school, and boy was I finished with high school!!!!, I got married to Myron Ricke, I had two beautiful children. Needless to say it didn't work out with us. We had way too much family input and interference from both of our families. So we moved on to "greener pastures" Ha! A year and a half later I married Joe Young, three days after we got married, him and I and my two children, moved to Arkansas (moving to Arkansas and away from Dodge City was the best decision I ever made, especially for my children). Joe and I have been together and making each other miserable ever since, for the last 24 years! Just kidding about the miserable part, or am I? Tee hee hee.... We had two more beautiful children. During the last 24 years I have worked as a communication specialist, for J.B. Hunt Transport, an executive secretary, for a Rogers city office, an administrative assistant for the Rogers public school system, for 16 years and now the University of Arkansas School of Law. During all of these positions I have worked several other positions as second jobs, auction accounting, cake decorator, barista, bread delivery, I make childrens wooden puzzles and sell them at a local coffee shop and I still do a few wedding cakes each year. When my father past away in 1997, I moved my mother in with us, she was shortly thereafter diagnosed with dementia/alzheimer disease. So we can add caregiver to the list of titles too. I kept her with me for 8.5 years. My brother, Brad, would come over and helped me with her too. He was very good to her and a great help to me. He has a big heart and loves his Momma. She is now in a nursing home close by. Some days are good and some days are not so good. We just hope that we catch as many of the good days as possible. When th...Expand for more
