This red headed Florida crane followed me around the yard today after taking a corn cob off of my squirrel feeder. I guess I have to put the squirrel feeder higher up the tree trunk. God's beautiful creatures.
Rolling back the clock to the Hippie years....where did the time go?
My first avocado; it took seven years to bear fruit and this must be the year. I bought the tree at Lowes and kept Christmas lights on it when it was cold. The new owner will enjoy these.

Happy Birthday to our beautiful, sweet loving daughter. She was born many moons ago before color tv, before Iphones, before computers, and McDonalds was just starting up, because her first words were "I want fries". Anyway,
Fifty-six years with my bride today; we are blessed.
On two weeks leave from my US Navy ship; I flew home to Mobile from California, got married and drove to Pensacola for our Honeymoon. Our lives were beginning anew. God blessed me with Nelda.
