Life
I have been Assistant Orchestra Personnel Manager of the Boston Symphony and Boston Pops Orchestras since 1986, fulfilling a dream of working with this fine world-class orchestra. Prior to here I was the general manager of a music publisher and record company, was also assistant to the composer/conductor/writer Gunther Schuller, and was on the faculty of the New England Conservatory of Music - my alma mater. My wife, Susan, and I have two children: Yael and her husband Steven, proud parents of our first grandchild Benjamin; and Avi, the Senior Soccer Manager of the Sports Illustrated web site.
Facebook has been absolutely wonderful in reconnecting with many friends from BHS.
Some time ago it was great to be back at the 30th reunion and to see all there - especially the band folks!
