Life
I started a new blog
squatmaster.wordpress.com an ordained presbyterian pastor serving a small church in Missouri.
My main hobbies are being a "Parrothead" walking my three dogs, and Powerlifitng.
My wife and I live in the city and are rehabbing an old house. The neighborhood was pretty rough complete with drug dealers and prostitutes and now we have are being discovered.
My wife is active in community redevelopment.

I am a grandpa of a two and 1/2 year ofd and step grand pa of a seven year old.
I have just gone through my 55 year old re-hab. Two rotator cuff surgeries and one small skin cancer. All is good. In about 6 weeks I will be able to return to power lifting and get ready for competition. In between surgeries I set two state records for old folks.
