Bruce's Story
We live in Menlo Park, near Stanford University. I help people launch, fund and manage medical technology ventures, usually as Chief Financial Officer,so this is a good location. I started a company, Burlington Ventures, in 1990, and I have worked with about 20 projects over the years. My current venture is Echopixel Technologies which uses CT scans and proprietary, patented visualization conversion software to perform "virtual colonoscopies" instead of the optical variety. out one-third as expensive and time consuming as OC, and has a better "hit rate" on finding polyps and other mal-formations than OC. Now all we have to do is convince the FDA! BTW, I am always looking for new ventures to launch.
My wife, Regina, works at Bank of New York Mellon, and our daughter, Francesca, just graduated from law school in Chicago and passed the bar.
