Bruce's Story
Greetings, I am retired after an undistingushed career at the University of California, Davis. Still married after thirty three years, my wife continues her career at UCD, primarily because " I would drive her crazy" if she retired. This is a result of good planning, jokes that are no longer funny, and the desire for alone time to build a model railroading empire without interuption. I have one son who is 24 and decided to pursue a career now that I've decided to retire. Apparently, I am not as cool as I think and tend to cramp his style. ith mental and physical disabilities and is now pursuing vocational opportunities after attending special programs at CSU Sacramento. All is well, except, now the dogs don't think I'm as cute and funny as I think I am, and are wondering when I'm going to shut up and let them sleep.
I live in a small condo over looking the American River and am literally steps from the Parkway making for easy access to its' amenities,such as biking, hiking and water recreation, all of which, my doctor says I don't do enough of.
