Life
Life? Life's huge! But then I'm huge. Wasn't as much back 'In the Day' - tall yes but not huge, yet.
School
LHS was great. Lockermate Fritz Kluck and I still keep in touch, tho' I haven't heard from Ricky Burianek in ages, who lockered right by us.
Had a twin who went to LSE, Ricky and I would scoot over there for lunches!!
College
Little school in KS as a frosh. Met a wonderful woman late in the year, but then transferred back to LNK. **
NWU as a voice major, then just straight Ed, then Eng, then Bus. **
UNL as Bus. ** ...Expand for more
Never finished any of those, met another gal, did the wife, house, cars, jobs, thing. Got divorced when she scratched her "7 year itch." **
Finally finished a degree in Pub Ad from Doane/Lincoln, with emphasis on Non-profit Mgt.
Workplace
First job 'of note' was at B&R IGA, y'all remember? 17th & Washington, "The Little Neighborhood Store, That Grew Up."
Then Scott's Pancake Shop, downtown.
Duncan was good to me for many years, and I still keep in touch there.
Military
Worked with lots of ex-military at D. A., but I was never military.
