Bruce's Story
After leaving PHS I joined Uncle Sam's canoe club just in time to see the rise of Viet Nam on the horizon. I left the Navy before the war became all consuming (4 years was all I could contend with) and ultimately ended up working for a large computer company.
Various positions with the company took me all over Europe and the Far East.
I also managed to pick up university degrees in Business admin, Economics, Finance, and Accounting.
After 30+ years I have retired (in 2003) in Australia with my 2nd wife. We travel extensively and sail wherever we can find a bare boat for charter. I am usually in Portage once a year visiting my siblings who continue to reside there.

n Boston majoring in Physics and Math
We have just returned (Aug '08) from a 2 month visit to family and friends in England, a Baltic cruise and a few weeks in the US.
I am now planing a 2 week sail with a couple friends in Feb ('09) to the west coast of Thailand - hoping to swim with a couple whale sharks while exploring the beautiful reefs.
Next August (09) I will be at the race week at Cowes on the Isle of Wight - enjoying the use of a mate's yacht, while my wife visits some of her relatives. We will also be stopping in Boston and Portage in late Aug/early Sept.
Life is good!
