Bryan's Story
August 1972 i left Golden High school and joined the U.S. Army, did my basic training at fort ord Moneterey California. I did 8 and one half weeks training and graduated in September 1972. Had one week off then off to ait at fort carson Coloradosprings Co. The 1/22 inf no slack bravo company. Until i was discharged in August 1975. No i did not go to Vietnam, however i still have anger issues about that damn war. So if you know of a Vietnam vet tell him welcome home thanks...Expand for more

I was at the San Francisco airport waiting for a flight home in my class a uniform and was called a baby killer and i had not gone to Vietnam so i do know some Vietnam vets great human beings. every one of them. Now im retired for now i live in Westminster Co, i worked at Adams County public works highway for 20 years retired from that, i drove a 18 wheeler for 11 years. now im retired from that. Well that is all again thank a veteran they deserve it.
