Life
What a year this has been. God has so blessed me. First off, I had surgery on my foot in February which went alright. Then in April, my divorce became final. In early July I went to Europe for two weeks and visited friends in Belgium. I also got to see Paris, France which is an unbelievable city that I would LOVE to visit again. Belgium is also very beautiful and a great place to see as well - oh, and their chocolates are to die for! In August I went to a Detroit Tigers game at Comerica Park finally and then went to another one on Labor Day - Detroit's a great place. Then in late September I went to Las Vegas with my sister and had a great time. We also visited the Grand Canyon which was quite a sight. We took a helicopter to the bottom and just seeing the beauty of the Lord there was awesome. One other thing that happened that really showed me how awesome...Expand for more
God is - in early June I went to Cedar Point as always, but this year was different. I wasn't going to go, but my sis talked me into it so I did. While in line for the Mantis, I turned around and there was my girlfriend from high school - I had just mentioned her to my sister's friend and then there she was. Hadn't seen her in nearly nine years and it was great to see her again! Wish I could've talked to her more, but God does amazing things and He works when we can't see - so I'll have to wait and find out.
I own a house, live alone with my dog, Rocky who is nearly 4 years old and is a Labrador/German Shepherd mix. Contemplating going back to school soon. Work for Whirlpool still and attend Gateway church, an Evangelical Presbyterian church where I started attending in November 2002 and have grown in the Lord since. Well, that's the overview of my life so far.
