Life Hi, I went to NEH and graduated in 77. Went to Illinois State University in Normal. Then lived and learned a few before starting school again at U of Arizona in Tucson. Then moved on to Massachusetts and graduated from UMASS in choreography, dance and movement exercise. NYC for a year before getting a gig in Brussels and have stayed here since 1988. Married Michèle Noiret for like 10 years then divorced. Now with lifemate and child who is 16 months old and another coming in May. I make contemporary dance works often with high technology stage designs. Tour my work throughout Europe but rarely in states. Have a studio and organize classes and workshops here. Life is great even if the artist road means material weakness. I love America, what it was when I was young and naive and perhaps for what it could have been, though I hate deeply what it has morphed into. Wonder when it will become recognizable again.
