I am happily married to a beautiful person from Venezuel, South America. Lylia and I married in 1985 and have a terrific 16 year old son, Maximo. He is the crowning achievement of our life and he has rewarded us by loving God, respecting his parents and others, being a straight 'A' student since kindergarten, as well as a gifted athlete. Maximo is a high school sophomore and intends to attend college in pursuit of a double major in Law and a Masters in Business Administration. Along with his proficiency in Spanish he looks forward to a carreer as a consultant or lobbyist in the area of international commerce. My bride Lylia enjoyed the priviledge of being a stay at home mother until Max started high school. She recently returned to the work force and teaches Spanish at Maximo's school; 'Vandergrift High School' in Austin. While in at Superior Senior it was my dream to fly fighter jets in the U.S Air Force. I pursued the dream by attending UWS and entered the Air Force ROTC program as a pilot candidate. And although I sucessfuly completed the program and graduated in 1993, fate intervened and God revealed to me that it was not within HIS plans for me to live out my dream as a 'Top Gun.'
