Burns's Story

After graduating from West, went to CSU (now SUSC) in Cedar City. Joined the Marine Corps right after the Tet Offensive. Went to OCS and Naval Advanced Jet Training and deployed to Viet Nam. Flew A4 Skyhawks for 10 years active duty and 4 in reserves. Flew for Continental Airlines on DC10,s, B727, B757 (my favority) B767 and finally retired on B777 as Assistant Fleet Manager. ner 'till 2016. My wife and I of now 47 years lived in Cedar City (still the most beautiful small city from my travels) 'till 2002 when we moved to Montgomery TX. We now live in Prince William County, VA near daughter and 2 grandchildren. It's truly amazing on how many changes we've seen since we cloistered on 2nd West, but wait, that's gone too . . .
