Cadie's Story
After getting a BFA from Rochester Institute of Technology (RIT), I worked for a while as a graphic artist. Underemployed, got bored, sold my vw bug and went to Spain/Morocco for 4 months. Came back to the U.S., moved to California & have been here ever since. Moved to Northern CA from the LA area in 2004. LOVE Northern Cal - if I had known, I would never have stayed in So Cal for so many years.

got an MBA in 1983, & got involved in commercial facilities management. Started working for the State of California in 1998, now an Office Building Manager III with 61 staff/22 facilities. Very much looking toward retirement in 5 years...
Married twice, divorced twice...2 kids (1 son, 1 daughter), no grands yet (alas!). Update - my son passed away in July 2014.
My overall philosophy is: "It could be worse!" I am grateful for where I am in life.
