Cal's Story
Graduated from MSU in 1967 spent 3 years in the army in Germany and Vietnam. Upon returning home, was hired by Flint Police and worked there for two years. Then went to Detroit PD for a year, Grand Blanc Township PD for a year then spent 28 years with Oak Park where I retired in 2000. d by Walled Lake PD and retired last year as a Sgt. We built a home in Bellaire, Michigan in 2008 and I drove from Walled Lake to Bellaire twice a week until I retired. I now work part time as a patrol officer for Bellaire PD and as a ranger on the Legend golf course at Shanty Creek. I enjoy living up north and play golf as much as I can in the summer. I just wish my scores would improve.
