I like who I am today, something that I haven't been able to say in a long time. I have a few close friends, but the circle is slowly growing. I ...Expand for more
have had some losses, but really from here I've only gone up and moved forward. Its like in the Oregon Trail game...when you lose a party member, you should go back and search even if it takes 3 days. My future is as bright as my faith, and although I may make mistakes, I know the one who will always be most critical and unforgiving to me is myself. For that I am truly grateful. I have two children, who ultimately are the reason I am here today. In more ways than I can count my children have saved my life, and for all the lessons they teach me in patience and long-suffering I am grateful. I am a full-time student at the University of Wisconsin-Superior. My major is Art Therapy, with minors in Music and German. I am halfway to that German minor entering as a 1st time undergrad, and I love all of my classes so far. For that I am grateful. I have many talents, hidden and expressed, and for each one of those and the ways they help others, I am grateful. I love my church. I love all of the people in it, with all of their different personalities and stories. Their willingness to help others is unmatched. I have become a better person because these wonderful people reached out to me. For them and the building we gather in, I am truly grateful. I am filled with the joy that the Spirit brings. That tiny whisper makes all the difference in my life. For the Spirit, Heavenly Father, and Jesus Christ, I am eternally grateful. *I do not fear the unknown *I am learning to love my enemies as well as my friends *My life is a thing of beauty and wonder *I do not consider those I have lost to be truly 'lost', they will forever be in my memory and in my heart. Wow, do I ramble. :)".
