Camille's Story

I am living back in Battle Creek after living in several areas of the country most of my adult life. My husband, Dan, is retired from the Air Force and I had the title of Dependent Wife. (Flattering, huh?) Anyway . . we have two children, Katie (24) and Christine (20) who are both still in college. Certain times of the year we are childless and fancy-free while at other times our kids return to live with us--usually summers and holiday...Expand for more
s. Actually, it is wonderful and a nice balance between "it's all about me" and motherhood. I have been married for 25 years. I am self-employed and run my own company called Avalon Behavioral Health. It requires a lot of hours but I am happy and proud of myself. Life is good and I hope it stays this good for quite awhile.
