Camille's Story
I've lived in Minneapolis, MN since 1996. I was married for 12 years and divorced Summer of 2006. Luckily, I have an excellent relationship with my ex-husband as we have two young children who split their time between our households.
After getting a BA in theater design, I went back to office work to pay the bills and have a sane schedule. I now do bookkeeping and project administration for a company selling theatrical lighting equipment and supplies. A perfect blend for me of an 8-5...Expand for more
job with benefits and keeping in touch with the local theater scene.
I keep my hand in design-wise at Theatre in the Round, also located in Minneapolis. I'm a part of their technical advisory board and try to design 1-2 shows a year. In between, I work on the crews for other designers.
I'm also involved in a mentoring program for pre-teen girls and a number of special interesting groups here in the Twin Cities.
So I keep busy with kids, friends, theater, my house and organizations.
