Life Hi, I don't have anything really exotic to tell you, but after leaving Chico in 1980, I went to work for a horse show and race horse training facility in Ranch Murieta, which started me on the path I am still following. I became very involved in graphic design (major in college) and horses (big surprise) and am now the director of print and graphics for Santa Anita Park, which is a Thoroughbred racetrack in Southern California. I have a crew of 20, and we produce all the design and print projects for Santa Anita, Golden Gate Fields and Bay Meadows in No. Cal, and select projects for the other 12 tracks our parent company, MEC, owns. I do get to travel to the other tracks across the country from time to time, but most of my time is spent here in Arcadia. I met my husband 19 years ago when I was working for Murieta Equestrian Center, he is a Thoroughbred Race Horse trainer here at Santa Anit...Expand for more
