Candis's Story
I moved from indianapois in 1972 to Naples,FL. I got divorced in 1975. In 1985. I moved to Dallas TX for 2 weeks then to Atlanta, GA where I went back to school full time while working 2 part-time jobs. I got my AS degree in computers. While in Atlanta, I worked for several Fortune 500 companies then became a computer programmer contractor.
Then in 1999, I moved back to Naples, FL - my family was here.
I was forced to retire from my county job in 2006 due ...Expand for more
to a rare condtion and am now mainly home 24/7 with my dog, TV, internet, and some crafts.
I have 1 daughter, she just turned 40 - of course I was just a baby when I had her.
It's terribly hot and humid here in Naples, FL from June till Sept. I've been through a couple of hurricanes but I didn't experience any damage to my place but it tore up big patches of Naples - downing old trees and causing places to close for up to a week.
