Christina's Story
Life
I was teaching first grade at a school in Phoenix, Arizona. This year I moved to 7th & 8th grade Reading and Language Arts. It is quite a change. Divorced twice - I took marriage more seriously than they did. NEW!!! I am now teaching Kindergarten and loving it. The sad part is that I have to retain 5 kindergarteners because they are not ready for school yet. The other part is that the parents don't work with them so that they can do better. The apathy is what is the most depressing. The kids on the other hand are the inspiring part.

ull of love and affection that it makes your heart warm with affection. I love buying things for my classroom because they are so excited with each new thing that I introduce. Wish I had more money to buy stuff. I really want to have lots of animals and plants growing in the room next year. We are done the end of May so this year is growing short. I don't like the paperwork that goes along with teaching. All to reports and Permanent Files. I guess you can't have everything.
Military
I really enjoyed my military time. In fact, I wish that I would have stayed in and not gotten out. I made lots of friends. My dream was to work at Cheyenne Mountain (NORAD). When I got out I went with my husband to Germany for three years which was lots of fun.
