Life
I am the original underachiever who overachieves. Yes, I can speak Japanese, No, I don't use it ever. Yes, I can train dogs and am a certified trainer, NO, I will not train your dog (unless the price is right, LOL). Yes, I am a housewife, NO I don't eat bon bons all day. I can do all kinds of interesting things, and know all sorts of useless facts, but the fact of the matter is what matters most is my daughter's and husband's well-being. I keep house for him so all he has to do is work, and I raise our daughter so she's not left with strangers and obnoxious children in daycare all day. I don't drive far by myself, even though I know how to change a flat and check and change the oil. I usually let the husband do that. (MAN fix car, arr arr arr!) I'm currently OVER my post-quarter-life-crisis period, where I have stopped comparing myself to my peers. When it all boils down to it, I don't have to 'go to work' every day, and come home to more work. I just do the house work part. So I am lucky in a way. I don't have lots of stuff, but am happy with what I DO have. I'm poor by choice, and choose to not discuss religion or politics with anyone I don't know and respect. I love my 2 dogs (got a puppy in December, '04) and 2 cats, adorable dom...Expand for more
estic rats. If I had the money I would open up an official NPO, rescue org. for animals. Too many are needlessly destroyed at shelters these days, I'd like to be a no-kill shelter... contributions can be sent to ... Just kidding! I'm not here to get your money ;) But I'm always up for meeting with potential investors to get the idea off the ground (Big grin)
Whelp, that about covers it. I'm still wierd, I got fat, I had some surgeries, but they were necessary, not cosmetic. I am a nervous nellie about cars and accidents now, but I was through a traumatic experience (see surgerIES) once and am sorta not over it yet...
I am wondering what everyone else is up to, and checking if anyone else ended up in the Warren/Roseville area, perhaps we can get together for coffee (I don't drink too much coffee, I prefer pop, which is how I got fat...) but for something. Get to know me again, see what's up. Also, my new address is toughmuttsdogtraining at yehell for anyone wanting to save fifteen bucks.
College
I just attended Oakland for the Japanese classes, so if you don't speak Japanese, chances are pretty good you never saw me there. I went to Hall Road High for the other required classes, and have an associates in Liberal Arts and in Psychology
