Carl's Story
June 2010 will mark the 45th anniversary of the year that the members of the class of '65 flipped their mortarboard tassels and proclaimed ourselves to be the best class to pass through the halls of the Twin Towers.
That is a proclamation often challenged but in our hearts, never surpassed.
I often wonder where the time has gone. I live in Candor NY, a small town 18 miles south of Ithaca and 8 miles north of Owego. I am retired after spending 35 years teaching science in the school here. I still get involved with the school activities by volu...Expand for more
nteering my time to the booster club and serving as assistant baseball coach to my son. I have coached various levels of baseball from modified to varsity on and off for almost 20 years before my retirement.
I have two wonderful boys, ages 26 and 31.
I attended the 40th reunion and certainly hope that a 45th materializes. I look forward to attending. One regret that I have is that I failed to stay in touch with friends like Harry and Bob over the years.
