Carl's Story
Did a stint in the Navy during the Korean War. Got out went to work at Battelle Memorial Institute entry level Technologist. Parted in September 1954 married Dolores Hertenstein of Centralia and entered Ohio University. Received BS and MS and returned to Battelle as Principal Physist. Enrolled at OSU grad school. I continued at Battelle while teaching Engineering at OSU. Kept this up for 30 years. Retired from Battelle as Chief Scientist inFebruary 2011.
Main hobby is fishing. I have fished from Kona Hawaii, to Benbecula Scotland and with ten trips to the Florida Keys.
Forgot to mention, was inducted into Chilli-High Hall of Fame in2007.
