Carla's Story
Life
Will graduate from California University of PA in May of 2004 with a Bachelor of Arts in English, with a Literature and Professional Writing degree. Am planning to move to Myrtle Beach, SC with my guy and my son after graduation and become a true crime/forensic journalist/writer. I moved to PA from Memphis in 1999 and now own two houses that are over 150 years old in California, PA, near the college. D design, open venue nights, plays, and experimental art films. I have won 32 awards for my work with Peer Amid since I began it in 1994. I am the single mother of a five year old named Allen Free, and I live with a great guy who I have a lot in common with. I recently published a compilation book of poetry, creative articles and a two-act play. The book is called SELF IMPOSED REALITY and it is available on amazon.com. A rough cut of a spoken word poetry CD has been cut and will soon be available for distribution. Currently, I am working on a love story about Jack the Ripper called NEMO.
