Carla's Story
Happily living in Santa Barbara, CA with my darling husband of 35 years. We have an adult son and a 14 year old cat. I have been selling real estate in Santa Barbara for 30 years. My husband is a successful Architect. Prior to selling Real Estate I was the Administrative VP for a large real estate and development company based in Santa Barbara. We were the second company nationally bought out by a large brokerage firm at which time I began my sales careeer. I am and have been active in our local Association of Realtors.
We built our own home in the Santa Barbara foothills, (of course designed and mostly built by husband). Our son has returned to university and is currently an Architectural student in Montana. He hopes to join his dad's firm

ees begged him to stop. Our son is an amazing snow-boarder, surfer and kiteboarder. We love the great outdoors;...son and husband love fly fishing, I like to cook the fish and eat it!
We love to travel. I was an airline attendant (stewardess) with United Airlines based in San Francisco during the late sixties. Currently enjoy gardening, cooking, and entertaining. We continue to be involved with our community youth; my husband through baseball coaching and managing both youth leagues and College Leagues. I do a lot of volunteer work with disadvantaged teens through the Assistance League of Santa Barbara.
In 2003 my class at St. Mary's enjoyed our first reunion in Calgary. It was great fun to re-connect with high school pals I had not seen in 40 years. Our little pack now tries to get together every year taking turns hosting our get-togethers.
It's fun to feel like a 16 year old again once a year!
