Carlene's Story
I still live in the foothills in Coarsegold near Yosemite with my husband, Dave. We have been married 43 years.
My focus in life for my senior years is "giving back." I work with a non profit organization that I have founded, called Etheridge Educational Outreach. This is an organization that raises funds to help educate the under privileged.

to support them and help the oldest one to get through electrician school so he could get a job. After hosting some foreign exchange students in my home, I began to work with the foreign exchange program and eventually it led to establishing the Etheridge Educational Outreach. The name "Etheridge" is my mother's maiden name. It is named after my Uncle who spent many years as a missionary in Africa.
