Carlos's Story

After graduation I went to the Marine Corps for four years. Enjoyed it as I traveled to Japan and Taiwan. Spent two years in Tucson, AZ before coming home to Brownsville. Enrolled in college and obtained my bachelors degree in criminal justice. Was hired by the police dept in August of 1981. Promoted rapidly thru the ranks. hief of Police in June of 2001 and been there since. Also hold a Governor's appointment as Chairman of a state board on the prevention of auto theft. Planning to do my thirty years, retire and open up my own private investigations company. Been married for 28 years, three children and two grandchildren. Like to travel to the Carribean and enjoy snorkeling in the blue waters with the white sand. Any of you ever in Brownsville and need help, just call my office.
