Carlos's Story
Life
Although I did not attend Huntington Park H.S., I did attend Gage J.H.S. and recognize many of the names on the class list for HPHS. Many of those on the list I remember from Gage JHS.
I also attended Gahr HS between '77-'79 but graduated one year early ('79) by passing the California HS Proficiency exam.
I graduated from CSULB in 1989 with a BS in Liberal Studies and received a Masters in 1999. I was a teache...Expand for more
r for 9 years for both elementary and middle schools. I've been an elementary/middle school principal for the past 8 years. As of 2009, I am now a Director of Curriculum and Instruction for High Schools.
I've been married since 1996 and currently have two children. One is 10 years old and the other is 4 years old. They both are boys.
It would be nice to hear from some of you that remember me.
