Life
I am in Dayton,NV-soon to be married to William (Bill) Sandell, Class of 61
I am a retired Operations/Management Auditor. . Was active in: Revoulationary War Re-enacting and preservation of Second Amandment Civil Rights; Studying Theology; Teaching Faith Formation to seventh/eigth/ninth graders;collecting antique dolls and; enjoy trap shooting (though I am horrible at it).
II have a daughter Trish, a son, Marc and two grandchildren, Ryan and Braley
Bill and I have been in contact over the past 10 years. We went to the Picnic reunion on May 22, 2011. My recent picture is of Bill, Snoopy, and I at 50th reunion. It was fantastic-best way to have a reunion we hope that this type of venue is continued, Dennis, Linda, Monty, Mike and all that worked to put the reunion together did a great job and deserve a big THANK YOU! -I encourage all 60-64 classmates to contact them and get on the list for the next one. , I came to the section on what one was like in high school. For me that was a bit difficut to decide what to pick-so I went with "indecribile" and Troublemaker. THe troublemaker is how my teachers and the administration would describe me,I am sure, as I was constantly challenging them and the policies that I thought were wrong-I was quick to speak out. More than once I picked up my books and walked out of the class room. In many ways I am still like that today.
On the whole life has not been easy, but it has been good I learned from my mistakes and have been blessed with good frineds and loving family. My three best friends are: Carolee Schultz Grosvenor (Class of 61), Creta Fortney Ford (Class of '61), married to Terry Ford (Class of "60) and Mary Ann Marisili Vornholt (Class of 61) our motto is come grow old with me for the best is yet to be. When we all get together we become giggly 16 year olds again (Terry leaves and goes play golf). I have also been fortunate to have remained in contct with many "old classmates" .
