Carmen's Story
Hi Everyone!
After high school my parents sent me to Germany for a year, I stayed with relatives. I returned home and attended college and got my nursing degree. In 1970 I married Jerry Cook, he had become a firefighter for Sac City and I was working in pediatrics at Sutter Memorial Hospital. rned to work I became a teacher for the developmentally disabled. I loved it. Our boys are doing well, one is a police officer and the other a firefighter/peri-medic for the city. Jerry and I are now retired and enjoying our cabin at Lake Tahoe also having a ball with our grandchildern.
I would love to hear from my old girl friends, Mary Smith, Linda Hersey and Mary Roberts. Where are you guys?
