Life I'm living in Converse, TX now (NE SA suburb for those not familiar). Let's see, was married my Junior year in HS... those of you who knew me knew that and that I had my first child that year too. Stayed in school the whole time and graduated with my class -thank you very much!!!! It was hard work but I managed. After graduation, went on to join my husband in Fort Bragg, NC ... which began the 17 yr run of following him during his military career. We had four beautiful children together and were very happy for most of our marriage. Then after 21 yrs (19 married and 17.5 pre-separation), we divorced somewhat amicably. Are we friends today? Yes, but not best friends like before. With more hard work, I managed to scrape out a career during the years of bouncing around with the military family lifestyle. I'm a registered nurse and I work in labor and delivery at NE Baptist Hospital here in San Antonio. I finally bought my first home, YEAH!!!!!, on my own and now work even harder to make my mortgage payment every month ...
