And Joy is Everywhere; It is in the Earth's green covering of grass;
In the blue serenity of the Sky; In the reckless exuberance of Spring;
In the severe abstinence of gray Winter;
In the Living flesh that animates our bodily frame;
In the perfect poise of the Human figure, noble and upright; In Living;
In the exercise of all our powers; In the acquisition of Knowledge;
In fighting evils...Joy is there Everywhere.
"Joy," by Rabindranath
To live content with small means; to seek elegance rather than luxury,
and refinement rather than fashion;
To be worthy, not respectable and wealthy, not rich; to study hard,
think quietly, talk gently, act frankly;
To listen to the stars and birds, to babes and sages, with an open heart;
To hear all cheerfully, do all courageously, await occasions, hurry never.
In a word, to let the spiritual, unbidden, and unconscious grow up
through the commonplace. T...Expand for more

Making the simplest and best choices has often required facing some of my greatest challenges, and brought some of my greatest, most memorable experiences.
"May today there be peace within. May you trust that you are exactly
where you are meant to be. May you not forget the infinite
possibilities that are born of faith in yourself and others. May you
use the gifts that you have received, and pass on the love that has
been given to you. May you be content with yourself just the way you
are. Let this knowledge settle into your bones, and allow your soul
the freedom to sing, dance, praise and love. It is there for each and
every one of us."".

Live your life so that the fear of death can never enter your heart. When you arise in the morning, give thanks for the morning light. Give thanks for your life and strength. Give thanks for your food and for the joy of living. And if perchance you see no reason for giving thanks, rest assured the fault is in yourself. Chief Tecumseh, Shawnee Indian Chief".
